Stage Right, Inc. celebrates its 35th anniversary this year. Since 1991, we’ve been in the business of making live corporate and association experiences work, not just logistically, but meaningfully. Helping create the kind of events where the message doesn’t just reach the audience; it stays with them.
Thirty-five years is a long time in any industry. In live events, it’s a lifetime. Especially with the kind of change we’ve experienced during that time.
Formats have shifted. Technology has transformed every layer of production. Audience expectations have evolved, contracted, and expanded again. The companies that endured are the ones that kept evolving alongside the work. Not ahead of it, not behind it, but in step with it.
That’s been our approach.
The numbers are a reasonable representation for the work:
But what the numbers don’t capture is context. The producer who’s been calling us for 18 years because they know we’ll dig into the hard problems. The event that had to be reconceived in 48 hours. The moments where the technology changed overnight, or when attendee numbers change substantially. We figured it out.
The relationships we’ve built — with planners, producers, and partners — are what make those numbers possible. Many of them go back 10, 15, even 20 years. That kind of continuity doesn’t happen by accident.
The live events industry doesn’t reward complacency. The past few years alone have underscored that: companies in this space either built the resilience to adapt or they didn’t make it through.
We made it through. And we came out with a clearer sense of what matters: smarter formats, more tailored delivery, and a sharper ability to connect what a client needs to say with how an audience receives it. That’s always been the work. It just requires more precision now.
We’re not marking this anniversary with a victory lap. We’re more interested in what the next chapter looks like via new formats, new tools, new ways to create the kind of impact that live events, done right, have always been capable of.
Thirty-five years in, the through-line remains the same: Your Event. Your Message. Flawlessly Delivered.
