Perhaps the greatest concern with event staging is ensuring speakers stay within their allotted time. Running short is rarely a problem. Running long, however, is perpetual. That’s why systems like the Limitimer PRO-2000 from stalwart and long-time supplier DSan are essential. This automated timekeeper controls a remote signal light, alerting speakers to the end of allotted time.
But equipment from DSan isn’t a one-way street. Presenters require communication with the folks running the show (that’s us). DSan’s PerfectCue Micro and CueLights let the speaker signal when to advance presentation slides.
